1) Where We Ship

We ship internationally to most countries. If your country is not available at checkout, contact us at support@lmarche.com.

2) Processing (Handling) Time

  • 0–5 business days to process and hand off your order to the carrier.

  • Business days exclude weekends and Moroccan public holidays.

3) Transit (Delivery) Time

  • 7–17 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and carrier service.

  • Remote areas may take longer due to local carrier networks or customs procedures.

Total Estimated Time (Processing + Transit)

  • 7–22 business days from the date of purchase.

4) Shipping Methods & Rates

  • Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight/volumetric weight, and service level.

  • Typical methods: [Standard International], [Expedited International].

5) Tracking

  • A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear, depending on the carrier.

6) Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT/GST, and customs fees charged by the destination country.

  • These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees and are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Customs processing can cause delays beyond our control.

7) Address Accuracy & Delivery Attempts

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are correct.

  • Carriers may not deliver to P.O. Boxes in some countries. Provide a full street address.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we can reship once we receive it back; additional shipping charges may apply.

8) Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • Marked “delivered” by the carrier but not received: please check with household members, neighbors, and your local post office or carrier depot.

  • If the package is lost in transit (no scans for 10+ business days), contact us at support@lmarche.com; we’ll open a carrier investigation.

  • If your package arrives damaged, document the damage (photos of the box, label, and items) and contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist with a claim or replacement.

9) Split Shipments

  • Orders containing multiple items may ship in separate parcels to speed up delivery. You’ll receive tracking for each parcel.

10) Service Interruptions

  • Weather events, strikes, peak holiday volumes, and customs inspections may extend delivery times. We’ll communicate known disruptions whenever possible.
